Meet Jacqueline
I perceive real estate as both an art and a profound calling. With a discerning eye for design and a passion for storytelling, I curate properties that range from expansive equestrian estates to charming cottages, each embodying a unique narrative. Winning the *Best of Region 2025* for both Residential Real Estate Agent and Residential Real Estate underscores my commitment to excellence in serving the sophisticated clientele of Bucks County.
Over two decades ago, I was captivated by the timeless beauty and strong sense of community in this region, choosing to raise my family on a picturesque farm surrounded by sheep, goats, chickens, and honey bees. The rare blend of pastoral serenity and proximity to New York and Philadelphia offered the ideal lifestyle I sought for my family—one that continuously inspires my work and the stories I help my clients create.
Originally from Berlin, Germany, and raised in La Jolla, California, I hold a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and an MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. My artistic background profoundly influences my approach to design, staging, and marketing, ensuring that each property I represent transforms into a captivating narrative that resonates deeply with discerning buyers.
Having lived in the New Hope area for over 25 years, my roots in this community run deep. As a co-founder of HALT (Homeowners Against Land Taking), I became a vocal advocate for land preservation, playing a pivotal role in the fight against the PennEast pipeline—one of the most opposed gas pipelines in U.S. history. My advocacy efforts earned recognition on the Senate floor and speaking invitations from esteemed platforms such as the National Press Club and New Jersey State House. I was honored to be ‘Friend to the Court’ during the Supreme Court hearing on this matter.
My high-quality marketing strategies, cinematic lifestyle videos, and compelling storytelling bring each home’s unique essence to life. My listings have been featured in prominent publications such as the *New York Times*, *NJ.com*, and *For the Love of Old Houses*. Additionally, my in-depth knowledge of the community led to my recognition as the lead for the Delaware Township lifestyles article in the *New York Times*.
With connections spanning New York, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and La Jolla, I possess an intuitive understanding of what attracts sophisticated buyers to our region. My ability to bridge these influential markets ensures that the right audience—and the right opportunities—are brought to every property I represent.
Ultimately, it is the relationships I cultivate with my clients that inspire me. I take pride in guiding them through every step of the real estate journey with care, insight, and intention. By the end of the process, my clients often feel they have gained not just a home, but a trusted partner and friend.
I am passionate about where I live and work. Experience the art of elevated living with me, Jacqueline Haut Evans
