Meet Jacqueline
I approach real estate as both an art and a calling. With a discerning eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a commitment to excellence, I bring an elevated perspective to every property I curate—from expansive equestrian estates to intimate cottages. More than two decades ago, I was drawn to area for it's timeless beauty and sense of community, chosing to raise my family on a farm surrounded by sheep, goats, chickens and honey bees. The region's rare balance of passtoral tranquility and proximity to New York and Philadelphia offered an ideal lifestyle that I wanted for my family—one that continues to inspire my work and the stories I help my clients create.
Originally from Berlin, Germany, and raised in La Jolla, California, I earned a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and an MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. My background in the arts influences my approach to design, staging, and marketing, ensuring each property becomes a narrative crafted to engage, inspire, and capitvate. It is important that my marketing resonate emotionally, visually and speak to quality buyers best suited for the property.
Having lived in the New Hope area for more than 25 years, my connection to the land and community runs deep. As a co-founder of HALT (Homeowners Against Land Taking), I became a leading advocate and spokesperson for land preservation, helping to stop the PennEast pipeline—one of the most opposed gas pipelines in U.S. history. My advocacy during the 7 year fight earned recognition on the Senate floor, and speaking invitations from the National Press Club and New Jersey State House. I was interviewed on NPR, PBS, CBS, ABC, Princeton TV and Lehigh Valley News. Recognized for my devotion to protecting my community and the land, I was invited to be 'Friend to the Court' for the Supreme Court hearing on the matter.
My approach to high-quality marketing strategies, cinematic lifestyle videos, and compelling storytelling, are important ways I bring each home’s unique essence to life. This has led to my listings being featured in the New York Times,
NJ.com, and For the Love of Old Houses. Recognized for my indepth knowledge of my community, I was honored to be the lead for the Delaware Township lifestyles article featured in the New York Times.
With roots in New York, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and La Jolla, I maintain deep connections to feeder markets and an intuitive understanding of what attracts sophisticated buyers to the region. My ability to bridge these influential markets continues to bring the right audience—and the right opportunities—to every property I represent.
Above all, it is the relationships with my clients that inspire me. I take pride in guiding them through every step of the real estate journey with care, insight, and intention. I love helping them connect with the lifestyle they envision. By the end of the process, my clients often feel they've gained not just a home, but a trusted partner and friend.
I love where I live! Experience the art of elevated living with me, Jacqueline Haut Evans.
